Individual Membership Details

Looking to become a Member as an individual creative?


As a Member of the Nashville Creatives Club, you’ll receive:

  • 10% off all NCC-hosted events without the need to apply individually.

  • Discounts at select studio spaces around town.

  • First access to all NCC events (a 3-day priority window to claim a spot).

  • Exclusive invitations to one free, members-only event per quarter.

  • A feature on NCC’s “Recommended Creators” List, highlighting members for collaboration opportunities.

Membership Requirements:
    1.    Prior attendance at two or more NCC Pop-Up events (note: Happy Hours do not qualify).
    2.    Completion of our application.
    3.    A recommendation from a current NCC Community Member (submitted via email or video).

Membership Details:
    •    Membership is $199/year and is payable upon acceptance (payment plans are available upon request).
    •    Membership begins on the date of signing the Membership Agreement and lasts one year, with the option to renew 30 days before expiration.
    •    Please note: Membership may be terminated at NCC’s discretion if a substantiated claim of inappropriate behavior is made.

Business Membership Details

Looking to become a Member as a business?


As business, you are welcome to apply to any Nashville Creative Event at our vendor fee of $50 per shoot. By participating in one of our events, a business will receive: tagged content from event participation & networking access to NCC individual members

If you want to become an official Business Member, there are three options:

Showcase Member ($99/year)

  • Priority Access to All NCC Photoshoot Opportunities (before general invitations).

  • Trusted Vendor listing in the NCC Business Directory (images + direct contact link).

  • 10% off NCC-hosted events.

  • 1 annual social media spotlight.

  • Invitation to exclusive, members-only photoshoot events held quarterly, with networking and brand-building opportunities.

  • Access to all tagged content from event participation.

  • Networking access to NCC individual members.


Editorial Member ($249/year)

  • Priority Access to All NCC Photoshoot Opportunities (before general invitations).

  • Trusted Vendor listing in the NCC Business Directory (images + direct contact link).

  • Full access to NCC photos & videos from all shoots they contribute to.

  • 15% off NCC-hosted events.

  • 2 annual social media spotlights.

  • Invitation to exclusive, members-only photoshoot events held quarterly, with networking and brand-building opportunities.

  • Networking access to NCC individual members.


Icon Member ($499/year)

  • Priority Access to All NCC Photoshoot Opportunities (before general invitations).

  • Dedicated feature in the NCC Business Directory (top placement + full brand profile).

  • Full access to NCC photos & videos from all shoots they contribute to.

  • Brand highlight in NCC’s newsletter & content recaps.

  • One designated, exclusive photoshoot for the brand, with all content created specifically for the vendor.

  • 20% off NCC-hosted events.

  • 4 annual social media spotlights.

  • Invitation to exclusive, members-only photoshoot events held quarterly, with networking and brand-building opportunities.

  • Direct introductions to top NCC individual members for potential partnerships.
